Ontario Health seeks to implement an eForms solution starting with the eForms MVP that will implement the prioritized OMA/MOH forms following a repeatable process building on the success of the MTO forms implementation with EMR vendors for the primary care community. The scope of the eForms MVP consists in creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establish a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and is integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e. EHR). and nbsp; and nbsp;
Must haves:
8 years of experience in software architecture with a track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Demonstrated experience within Ontarios healthcare ecosystem including Ontario Health programs eHealth integrations EMR/HER/HIS systems and adherence to PHIPA privacy requirements.
Expert-level proficiency in Angular TypeScript and modern front-end architectural patterns.
Extensive experience building secure authenticated customer-facing applications using industry standards such as OAuth 2.0 JWT and REST-based APIs (e.g. .NET Core Java ).
Solid understanding of HL7 FHIR-based APIs healthcare data flows and interoperability principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure along with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Proven delivery experience within Scrum-based Agile teams contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide influence and support delivery teams.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Experience working with authenticated customer-focused applications.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure Kubernetes Service Azure Service Bus and Functions coupled with proficiency in AWS.

Architect conceptual logical and physical solution designs for a secure scalable public facing web application.
Leverage Ontario Healths provincial digital assets and services to enable interoperability identity data exchange and compliance.
Detailed Component and Integration Design
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including business teams clinical partners and provincial technology groups to design detailed solution components aligned with business and technical requirements.
Product Roadmap Alignment and Technical Direction
Work closely with the Product Manager to refine and validate the product roadmap ensuring architectural alignment technical feasibility and phased delivery planning.
Develop architectural diagrams that adhere to Ontario Health standards while laying the foundation for the product roadmap
Requirements Translation Into Technical Specifications
Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into clear actionable technical user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Technical Guidance to Development and QA Teams
Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to clarify technical functions validate architectural intent and support the development of comprehensive test cases.
Provide technical direction to ensure non-functional requirements are properly implemented across environments and operational processes.

Work with privacy teams to support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and collaborate with security teams to complete Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) ensuring the solution meets all PHIPA security and compliance obligations.
