In January of 2025 a new organization was created in GE Aerospace called Technology & Operations (T&O) which integrates processes and teams across Engineering Quality Supply Chain and Manufacturing. As part of that organization a team was created in June of 2025 focused on the Engineering processes digital products and tools. The Executive T&O Engineering DT Enterprise Design Leader will be a key leader and critical role in the T&O Engineering DT organization reporting to the Engineering CIO and will be responsible for owning & operating organization-wide technology platforms and ensuring stable operations.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Act as a thought leader driving digital and site operations in T&O Engineering DT organization with key emphasis on read across and standard work

  • Be responsible for managing site operations for engineering sites in US Mexico Turkey Poland Germany and India along with L2 support for engineering app portfolio and PLM operations

  • Ensure stable and secure operations across the T&O Engineering technology landscape.

  • Communicate effectively to engage inform & influence business stakeholders as well as DT teams

  • Establish and facilitate processes for decision making process flows and handoffs.

  • Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations to simplify the way GE Aerospace conducts internal operations.

  • Embrace new technology such as AI to introduce new ways of thinking and working.

  • Recruit and develop world-class global technical talent in T&O Engineering DT organization.

  • Heavy cross functional influencing around a single vision as well as operating and engaging multiple levels within the organization.

  • Act as a practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK GE Aerospaces proprietary Lean Operating System to accelerate the deployment of strategic capabilities and value to the business and to drive standard work in the way in which critical data & technology outcomes are designed delivered and supported.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR associates degree with minimum of 15 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 17 years of professional experience

  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in a variety of IT functional and leadership roles

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a People Leader

  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
