Position Overview
As Business Development Manager youll take ownership of developing and executing growth strategies that balance financial performance with customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs
Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements
Promote the companys products and services positioning solutions to address client objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
Maintain accurate records of sales revenue invoices and client interactions
Provide trustworthy feedback and reliable after-sales support to build client confidence
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop new clients into established company accounts with sustained revenue potential
Deliver achievable and realistic sales forecasts to the management team
Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence and competitive positioning
Requirements
Proven working experience as an Area Sales Manager Sales Executive or similar sales role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision often working remotely
Demonstrated sales track record with quantifiable results and client success stories
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software platforms
Ability to independently build compliant quotes using quoting software
Extensive commercial awareness with strong market and industry knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong time management and planning skills to manage multiple client relationships
Likeable confident and hardworking approach to client engagement
Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
