- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in relevant domain with a focus on agile methodologies and practices

- Understand modern engineering practices like CI/CD automated testing cloud and APIs and communicate effectively with developers.
- Build strong relationships at all levels facilitate challenging conversations and simplify complex topics.
- Use metrics and feedback to drive meaningful improvements rather than just meeting requirements.
- Continuously seek new ways to help teams grow and achieve better results.
- Recognize team dynamics and influence outcomes without formal authority while connecting product management Lean operations or portfolio management to deliver end-to-end value.

- Exhibit a foundational knowledge of agile methodologies and delivery methods with familiarity of multiple product development lifecycle stages methodologies and best practices
