Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director ofInformation & TechnologytheTempData Systems Experience Administratoris responsible foradministration governing and supporting Henry Streets data systems and repositoriesduring a periodof extended staff absence. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity compliance documentation and effective use of organizational datasystemsacrosscloudplatforms such as Microsoft 365 SharePoint and program-specific data systems. The position supports reporting system configuration metadata and retention practices andon-siteuser guidance to enable reliablecomplaint and mission-aligned data usage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BachelorsDegree Required in IT Related Field
- 5yearsof experience in an IT System or Data Administrator Role.
- Experience administering or managing data systems databases or enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing Cloud Data Repositories (SharePoint OneDrive Cloud Databases 3rdparty data systems).
- Demonstratedproficiencywith Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 Administration including Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Outlook with admin level familiarity with macOS/iOS.
- Strong working knowledge administering Data Lifecycle management tools (Microsoft Purview Google Vault).
- Experience supporting or administering data systems databases or enterprise platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support and train users on systems applications and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Obtain at least one Industry Standard Certification (Microsoft CompTIA ITIL) within 1 year of employment.
PreferredQualifications:
- 5 Years Experience with data governance data quality and compliance practices.
- Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification Strongly Preferred
- Experienceassistingusers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience developing documentation runbooks or training materials.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 2 Years of Data Protection and Server Infrastructure Management Experience
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day administration of assigned data systems and repositories ensuring availability accuracy and reliability.
- Execute data quality reviews and remediate data issues within established standards.
- Administer SharePoint data structures including permissions metadata and retentionsettingsassigned.
- Producevalidate and deliver reportsrequiredfor program operations leadership and compliance.
- Create update andmaintaindocumentation and runbooks for assigned systems to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with data handling accessbackupand retention requirements across assigned platforms.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and timelines escalating risks or blockers promptly.
- Document all work and system changes in the IT ticketing system as the system of record.
- Communicate status risks andcompletiontimelines proactively with IT leadership.
- Partner with Systems and Infrastructure staff tomaintaincontinuity and resolve cross-system dependencies.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 systems including SharePoint Teams OneDrive Outlook and related services.
- Administer and support organizational data repositories and program data systems.
- AdministerData Loss Prevention (DLP) policy support documentation and monitoring.
- Generate and support standard and ad hoc reports for programs leadership and compliance needs.
- Communicate proactively with IT leadershipregardingdata risks compliance issues or system concerns.
- Participate in technology deployments upgrades and organizational IT projects.
- Contribute to IT strategy governance security practices and continuous improvement efforts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Information & Technology.
