Key Objectives

- Maintain data quality and integrity in compliance with privacy standards.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing reliable data insights and reporting.
- Streamline data workflows to enhance operational efficiency within behavioral health programs.
Responsibilities
- Collect review and process data from various sources related to behavioral health wellness and fitness programs.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies to maintain high data quality standards.
- Enter and update data into internal databases and health information systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data aligns with organizational goals.
- Generate regular reports and summaries to support program evaluation and strategic planning.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processing workflows and recommend best practices.
- Assist in training staff on data handling procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Health Information Management Data Science Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data processing preferably within the health wellness or behavioral health sector.
- Strong proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
