The Director will lead a team of Supply Chain Managers and Buyers responsible for critical reactor components and services driving consistent adherence to processes while continuously improving workflows as the organization scales. This role partners closely with EngineeringFinanceRegulatoryProductionSupplier Development andPlanningleadership to ensure material availability reliable promise dates and clean supply chain data that supports confident decision-making in a regulated fast-moving environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on operational excellence accountability and turning complex supply chains into predictable execution engines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain Execution & Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Managers and Buyers responsible for direct procurement supportingKaleidosreactor builds.
- Establish clear expectations operating cadence and accountability across sourcing PO executionexpediting and supplier follow-up.
- Drive a culture of urgency ownership and data accuracy across the supply chain organization.
Sourcing & Procurement Operations
- Oversee sourcing strategies and supplierselectionin close collaboration with Supplier Development Engineers (SDEs) and Engineering.
- Ensure commercial terms lead times quality clauses and flow-down requirements are correctly reflected in contracts and purchase orders.
- Maintain tight control of the full PO lifecyclefrom requisition to delivery closure and post-delivery follow-up.
Delivery & Performance Management
- Own supply chain health metrics including promise date integrity on-time delivery to need date PO line health and supplier responsiveness.
- Ensure meeting notes supplier commitments and follow-ups are documented tracked and reflected accurately in systems.
- Proactivelyidentifyat-risk parts and suppliers mobilizing resources to protect manufacturing and program schedules.
Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement
- Enforce consistent use of established supply chain processes whileidentifyingand implementing improvements to streamline workflows.
- Partner with Supply Chain Operations and Technology teams to implement dashboards reporting and data pipelines that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Support integration of supply chain into engineering change processes ensuring material impact is assessed and dispositioned correctly.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Serve as a primary escalation point for material supplier and delivery issuesimpactingKaleidosexecution.
- Ensure procurement and supplier activitiesremaincompliant with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in procurement supply chain management or manufacturing operations including leadership of teams.
- Strong operational understanding of sourcing contracting PO executionexpediting and supplier performance management.
- Proven ability to run complex procurement operations with tight schedules and high accountability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering Quality Manufacturing and Program teams.
- High comfort level using ERP/MRP systems dashboards and performance metrics to manage execution.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers as needed (up to 30%).
