Are you a self-motivated relationship-driven professional with a passion for construction equipment
and sales Lyle Rents is looking for an experienced Outside Equipment Sales Representative to serve
Baldwin County and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
As an Outside Equipment Sales Rep you will be responsible for driving rental and sales growth by building
strong relationships with contractors businesses and construction professionals in your territory. Youll
represent a trusted brand and a full line of high-performance equipment backed by outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new customers in Baldwin County and surrounding regions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay informed on market trends competitor activity and industry updates
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in equipment rental sales or construction-related industry
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Knowledge of heavy equipment attachments and industry applications is a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
