and sales Lyle Rents is looking for an experienced Outside Equipment Sales Representative to serve

Baldwin County and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As an Outside Equipment Sales Rep you will be responsible for driving rental and sales growth by building

strong relationships with contractors businesses and construction professionals in your territory. Youll

represent a trusted brand and a full line of high-performance equipment backed by outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new customers in Baldwin County and surrounding regions
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
• Stay informed on market trends competitor activity and industry updates
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in equipment rental sales or construction-related industry
• Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
• Knowledge of heavy equipment attachments and industry applications is a plus
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
