Job Summary

This position is located at Fort Campbell Texas Roadhouse.

Incentives and Bonuses
- May be eligible for recruitment or retention incentives not to exceed up to 25% of basic pay.
- Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.
- Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintains budgeted food and service labor costs and proper inventories.
- Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid and efficient food production operation. Ensures proper handling maintenance and storage of all items.
- Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
- Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must obtain ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate.
- Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.
- Must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes working nights weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resume should clearly demonstrate the applicants relevant experience skills knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (i.e. Steakhouse etc.).
- Minimum two years experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service franchise restaurant concept is preferred.
