ROLE
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards all while supporting our mission of producing natural premium food products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency safety and quality.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and business targets.
- Lead motivate and develop the production team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety health safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control across all production lines.
- Monitor production performance identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with supply chain logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage budgets inventory and resource allocation effectively.
- Support innovation initiatives and introduction of new products ensuring seamless production integration.
CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in a production management role preferably within food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to plan and manage production schedules efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for high-quality natural food products and sustainability.
