Comp: $1500$1800 base performance upside
Hours: 9am5pm EST
The Role (Read This Carefully)
You are the front end owner of our acquisitions pipeline.
You are not just booking calls. You are responsible for managing conversations with mobile home park owners from first contact through initial qualification collecting financials pressure-testing motivation and moving real opportunities forward in coordination with the Deal Manager.

Responsibilities
You are accountable for pipeline quality and momentum not just activity.
Specifically you will:
Work inbound and outbound owner leads already provided (no list building)
Run first conversations with MHP owners and establish rapport and credibility
Qualify owners on motivation timing pricing expectations and deal fit
Request organize and follow up relentlessly on financials (rent roll T12 utilities capex notes)
Perform high-level ballpark valuations using provided guidance and tools
Keep deals moving by proactively coordinating with the Deal Manager
Own follow-up cadence so qualified owners do not stall or go cold
Maintain a clean accurate CRM and clear next steps for every active lead
Flag when deals are stuck and take initiative to unblock them
What Good Looks Like (90 Days In)
A strong performer:
Runs their pipeline without reminders
Knows exactly which deals are hot warm or dead and why
Consistently delivers qualified underwritten-ready opportunities
Anticipates what the Deal Manager needs before being asked
Follows up until there is a clear yes no or not now
Improves conversion quality not just call volume
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
2 years experience in outbound sales acquisitions support or deal qualification
Comfort discussing numbers financials and basic deal math
Clear spoken English with minimal accent
Strong follow-up discipline and organization
Proven ability to work independently without micromanagement
Experience using CRMs to manage pipelines not just log calls
Resilient direct and comfortable pushing owners for information
Nice to Have
Real estate acquisitions wholesaling or commercial underwriting exposure
Mobile home park experience
Prior experience working alongside a closer or deal manager
