We are seeking a Strategic PartnerClinical Care toprovideexpert guidance technicalleadershipand project support across the will work at the intersection of clinical excellence innovation and operational delivery and will be accountable to:
- Provide expert advice guidance and technical support to initiatives and projects across Clinical Care as well as to donor centre teams.
- Support efficient blood collection processes minimise wastage and ensure safety for donors and recipients
- Partner closely with the Strategic Transformation and Readinessteam to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive national consistency by sharing knowledge insights and best practice across the network
- Identify and lead opportunities for innovation process improvement and standardisation aligned to organisational strategy
- Provide project and subject matter expertise to Clinical Care Donor Experience and Strategic Transformation & Readiness teams
- Work closely with the Senior Manager Insights and Innovation toestablishpriorities and deliver high-impact outcomes

- Digital and technical aptitudeincluding data analysis and the ability to develop reports to support evidence-based practice
- Advanced process analysis and mapping skills
- Ability to influence data and effectively partner with other technical experts to drive innovation and educate on the use and interpretation of data
- Strong interpretive and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate complexinformation for a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to identify assess and resolve problems using sound judgement
- Demonstrated commitment to quality safety and best practice including a strong understanding of cGMP / Quality Management Principles
- Leadership capability with the ability to coach influence and provide constructive feedback
