Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics Experience a Plus)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to support the analysis design and optimization of healthcare business processes and systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical operational and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements that improve efficiency compliance and patient outcomes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM or ERP) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyse and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders
Translate clinical and operational needs into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with IT developers and vendors to support system implementations and enhancements
Analyze workflows related to patient management billing claims care coordination and reporting
Support system configuration testing (UAT) and deployment activities
Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA CMS etc.)
Create process documentation data models and reports for leadership and end users
Provide ongoing support training and optimization recommendations post-implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business Healthcare Administration Information Systems or a related field
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of healthcare operations workflows and data
Experience gathering requirements creating user stories and process mapping
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with BA tools such as Visio JIRA Confluence or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP)
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR)
Experience supporting EHR EMR billing or claims systems
Knowledge of SQL Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools
Healthcare certifications or BA certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA)
