Job Summary

Your mission

As part of our Supply Chain team you will actively support day-to-day operations and help improve our logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing shipments for Field Service Engineers and Service Partners.
Executing material movement bookings in SAP.
Handling a variety of logistics-related tasks.
Resolving error messages in SAP and in the Service Engineers spare parts app.
Supporting data analysis and reporting activities.
Collaborating with the team to develop and improve processes.

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
First experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or another MRP system is an advantage.
Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible hands-on mindset.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
