This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Administration.
This position is currently located in Washington DC; however the duty location is expected to relocate to Alexandria Virginia. The selected applicant may be required to report the Washington DC location upon entry on duty and later transition to reporting to Alexandria Virginia.

The official duty station for this position until relocation to Alexandria VA will be in Washington District of Columbia. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action including removal.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13 grade level you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
