Job Summary

Oxford Middle School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute STEM Teacher to join our team!

Hold current CT State certification in Science (0) and/or Technology Education(047)
Creates an atmosphere conducive to exploration innovation and learning while maintaining the physical condition and organization of the classroom and materials.
Reviews selects and acquires tools and technology to accommodate different learning styles and promote student engagement.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues to improve the learning of all students; ability to positively engage students and families in the learning process
Proactive and flexible team player and effective communicator
Other duties as determined by the principal
Start date: ASAP through end of year
