You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANNING YARD DIVISION ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing current and proposed operating budgets and programs to evaluate their actual or potential effectiveness in achieving objectives.
For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in the analysis of program trends to improve programs efficiency and effectiveness.

For GS-09:
Successful completion of a masters or equivalent graduate level degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a masters degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled. combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
For GS-07
Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education
OR
Successful completion of a bachelors degree with superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
