The incumbents will serve as a Primary Care Physician located within the Viera VA Clinic or Palm Bay VA Clinic assigned to the Ambulatory Care Service. Assignments to other facilities within the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) and travel to the site may be required to meet the needs of the service.

The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) is currently seeking outstanding full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine trained Physicians to join our Primary Care Clinic Team as a Primary Care Provider. This incumbent will be responsible to provide comprehensive medical care under the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model to a panel of patients managed under PCMM guidelines. The incumbent is expected to be attentive to patient education preventive care and be able to work well in an interdisciplinary team to provide high quality primary care. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
