Job Summary

What youll do in the role:
>Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
>Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area product and/or client segment
>Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
>Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firms values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
>Production of weekly and monthly key risk metrics reports for various Finance business units on a regional and global basis
>Analyse key risk indicators and contribute to the monthly metrics data coordination effort
>Working with Controllers to understand persistent issues
>Involvement in the analysis and delivery of risk reports and corresponding initiatives
>Participation in risk-related forums
>Working with representatives from other risk functions to ensure consistency of reporting
>Working and assisting on Change the Bank projects including performing of UAT etc. What youll bring to the role:
>Willingness to learn Finance principles tools and systems
>Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
>Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a professional environment
>Willingness to seek guidance and solicit feedback to further self-development
>MBA or Graduate in the field of Finance
>2-3 years of work experience preferably in Finance Risk Reporting
>Strong Analytical Skills
>Excellent organisational and relationship management skills
>Strong written and verbal communication skills
>Must be highly motivated with the commitment required to consistently meet goals (ability to work both
independently and as an effective team member)
>Strong controls awareness
>Financial Products knowledge essential
>Proficient in MS Office specifically a strong command in Excel and PowerPoint (including vlookups)
>At least 0-2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
