Purpose of Role

To deliver rigorous Mathematics instruction for Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum while preparing students for JEE (Main & Advanced) through an integrated teaching approach that builds strong problem-solving ability conceptual depth and competitive exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic & Teaching

• Teach Mathematics to Classes XI & XII aligned with CBSE and JEE syllabus.
• Plan and deliver integrated lessons covering Algebra Calculus Coordinate Geometry Trigonometry and Vectors.
• Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques shortcuts and analytical reasoning required for JEE.
• Conduct doubt-clearing remedial and enrichment sessions for students at different proficiency levels.
• Guide students in exam strategies accuracy speed and time management.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare worksheets assignments unit tests and JEE-pattern mock tests.
• Evaluate answer scripts and provide detailed performance-based feedback.
• Track academic progress using test analytics and implement improvement plans.

Professional Responsibilities

• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and JEE exam pattern syllabus changes and trends.
• Attend training programs workshops and academic planning meetings.
• Contribute to curriculum development and best teaching practices.
