This position sits in our Zurich-based Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver many services from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning e-commerce data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.
JOB PURPOSE
For our team in Switzerland we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/div) who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.
- Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures in order to realize the project on time and in budget.
- You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.
- When advising and supporting our customers you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner.
- Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management risk management controlling and reporting.
- On a day-to-day basis you will lead an interdisciplinary project team also across locations and will be in regular close contact with each other.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing agency-role or in direct competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
- You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
- You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
- Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
- Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
- Work independently on your own responsibility in a structured and organized manner characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
- See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal.
