Job Description Summary

The Branch Operations Manager oversees all non-sales operational functions across large branch environments. This includes leading branch operations teams overseeing administration facility management reporting vendor management and ensuring local execution aligns with national standards.

Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Leadership

  • Supports branch operations reception mail distribution and record maintenance.
  • Directs branch-level approvals and internal logistics
  • Manages administration and ensures accurate onboarding IT setups and document control.


Customer Service:

  • Coordinates work between and through departments within the Branch and Head Office
  • Serves as the point of contact for conflict resolutions involving difficult customer situations
  • Liaisons with AR department as a local contact for collection issues or account disputes
  • Involved in discussions regarding special pricing for merchandise and service
  • Provides quotes and issue credits


Project Responsibilities

  • Site visits Visit various sites working with general contractors trades people and designers to verify site requirements for dental equipment installations.
  • Setting and overseeing the installation schedule & timelines working with sales rep dental offices and service members to set install schedule and managing progress against the schedule to ensure timelines are met.
  • Post install checks after installation is complete making sure customer and sales rep are satisfied with installation.
  • Manage project dashboard to ensure accurate information.

Equipment & Parts Management:

  • Manages equipment and parts returns including: overstock incorrect orders defective or damaged product
  • Ensures credits are processed and items are removed from inventory
  • Orders parts for customers technicians and branch stock and performs stock transfers
  • Equipment receiving - Responsible for efficiently handling incoming shipments at our warehouse ensuring accuracy in inventory.

Inventory Control:

  • Maintain and monitor showroom and consignment equipment and track demo items
  • Review and audit inventory on a quarterly or as needed basis and execute year-end inventory

Facility & Vendor Management

  • Oversees major repairs janitorial contracts renovations and inspections.
  • Coordinates utility consumption reporting and facilities budgets.

Fleet & IT Oversight

  • Supervises fleet management vehicle usage insurance and IT coordination.


Other duties as required

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$61600.00 - $92400.00 Annual
