Reportingdirectly to the Chief Financial Officer you will lead a highly visible team and partner with all business lines and leaders of the Company.

WhatYoullDo:
Lead ateam of dedicated professionals whoare responsible forcreating andmaintainingcustomer insight product insightoperationaldashboardsand models for all functional areas of the company.
Connect client and operational data to financial results by better defining harmonized KPIs and comprehensive reporting solutionsdashboardsand models.
Stakeholder collaboration:engage with business leaders department heads and other stakeholders to understand their business objectives/drivers.Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights. Regularly present performance and data-driven recommendations to the business and executive team.
Prioritization:collaborate withleadershipto align analytics initiatives with overall business priorities. Assess the impact and urgency of different projects andallocateresources accordingly.
Lead creative solutions to define measure and report on a new suite of KPIs of the Corporate scorecard such as Client Lifetime Value and frequency of various client visits.
Dashboard management:lead company-widemigration of dashboards from Tableau toPowerBI.Standardizeand documentreporting procedures and data definitions.
Data accuracy and reporting: collaborate with Data Management team within Information Technology group toestablishsingle sourceof the truth by understanding the connections between CRM (Salesforce) Financial (Workday) EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and scheduling data sets.
As the function matures shift from reporting historical results to building predictive models working collaboratively with the Digital and Product teams to support long-term growth and market positioning.
WhatYoullNeed:
Minimum5years experienceleading Data Analytics teams
Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Business Accounting Computer Science Information Management or a related field.
Expertisein data visualization financial modeling and predictive analytics.
Hands-on codingexpertisewith BI reporting toolsa must. Power BI experience preferred.
Proficient in SQL and either R or Python and or analytics in cloud environments
Working knowledge of Salesforce is highly preferred. EMR solutions are a plus.
Exceptional leadership skills to build an enthusiastic and high-performing team.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.Well practicedat bridging gaps between business leadership and technical teams.
Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment and leading the team to be agile (i.e. ability to reprioritize) when required to support emerging business opportunities or issues.
Pay Transparency:
Total compensation for this role exceeds $200000 annually (based on full-time hours) and may include additional benefits and/or incentives. Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidates experience and qualifications within the roles compensation grade. Medcans compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills market value and internal equity.
