The Opportunity

As a Senior Strategic Development Manager you will play a critical role in accelerating adoption of Adobes emerging solutions across enterprise customers. Partnering closely with Customer Success you will lead discovery deliver tailored workshops and demos and help creative design IT and developer teams unlock value from Adobes latest innovations. You will act as a trusted advisor guiding customers from insight to execution across real-world workflows.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to qualify discovery insights define agendas and validate customer maturity and use cases

  • Lead discovery sessions workshops and tailored demonstrations across Adobes emerging product portfolio

  • Design and deliver customised demos aligned to customer workflows and business objectives

  • Assess readiness for pilots and Proofs of Concept

  • Drive adoption and expansion of Adobe solutions across departments

  • Articulate value for current and future workflows including GenAI-powered use cases

  • Capture actionable customer insights to inform Product and Go-To-Market teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success PSS Product and Global Strategic Development teams

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Strong ability to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers

  • Proven experience running discovery workshops and uncovering workflow challenges

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and at least one additional core app

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows automation and generative AI use cases

  • Ability to demonstrate Firefly Firefly Services Adobe Express and Acrobat Studio effectively

  • Excellent presentation storytelling and demo delivery skills

  • Experience engaging with IT and developers including API-based solutions

  • Ability to identify scalable use cases and drive organisational impact
