Role description
- Vertical:Agri-food supply chain compliance solutions
- Buyer Persona:Mid-market and enterprise clients (Retailers category owners primary suppliers importers/exporters)
- Deal Sizes:10K40K ARR
- Deal Cycles:34 months
- Sales Motion:1:1 BDR support mix of inbound and self-gen shifting from SMB to more commercial sales
- Sales Methodology:Open to various frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC SPIN Challenger) focus on stakeholder management and multi-threading
- 30 calls a day double in overal activities.
- Target: 200K pipe generated per quarter
- Cycles 5 month
- Work hand in hand with the teamleads
- HubSpot Ringover Lusha

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- 3200 - 3400 a month holiday allowance
- Commission: Pipe generated and closed won business
- % of total pipe generated
- Roughly 800 commission a month
- 10K commission kicker on closed won deal
- 41 - 44K incl holiday allowance 10K commission
