Job Summary
We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Member Care Scheduler to join our Homecare team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand member assessments needs and outcomes
- Manage scheduling software for quality care
- Create biweekly schedules matching authorized service hours
- Ensure members always receive attended services
- Provide professional responsive customer communication
- Update systems schedules as conditions change
- Maintain on-call coverage rotation requirements
