Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain floor layouts & market designs for efficient material flow
Plan and execute expansion projects to improve space utilization & line delivery
Design and optimize material delivery routes & evaluate automation opportunities (AGV AMR etc.)
Lead Material Presentation Modeling & Design for line-side racks carts and other transport devices
Own Kanban & PFEP (plan for every part) standard and process for areas of responsibility
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for process hand-offs between warehouse kitting and production
Design and document Standard Work for all key materials processes including receiving kitting replenishment milk runs and line-side delivery
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) project focused on material flow and internal logistics to reduce waste labor and space requirements
Act as project charter owner & develop milestone and project plans to ensure on-time delivery of objectives
Track and report KPIs such as travel time labor productivity space utilization and material-handling cost
Provide engineering analysis to justify capacity investment and ROI analysis
Facilitate cross-function problem-solving and continuous improvement to drive effective change-management
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
At least 2 additional years of materials or inventory management experience.
OR
High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
The base pay range for this position is $91.7K - $110K USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 2/10/2026 or thereafter.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
