Job Summary
Import Bill passing Arranging payment of supply and service through kolkata office with all the document and approval. Making accounting of import related payments. Execute import bill passing. Arranging Bill of Lading & bill of Entry & other Documents from purchase monthly for ERD accounting. Proper documentation of Import related transaction. ERD calculation of exchange differences. Prepare 1. Inward freight & CHA bill passing Passing of Inward freight bills and its payment. Maintaining proper accounting of inward freight expenses. Passing of CHA bills related to imports and its payment. 1. Store/ Service bill passing. Timely & accurately Processing of Stores Supply bills. Proper deduction of advances retention & other penalties. Timely replies of Vendors query related to their deductions payment etc. Timely reconciliation of vendors -ordination with other related department like Purchase Logistic & Stores.
