Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and efficient order processing by applying fulfilment methods and system knowledge
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Centre of Excellence (COE) KPIs and service ratings
Enhance the customer buying experience through professional service system utilisation and process compliance
Support customer queries complaints and general enquiries by applying sound problem-solving techniques
Execute order management tasks and administration following through from order placement to final delivery
Ensure all processes are adhered to and aligned with PG Bisons operational excellence standards

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
BCom Degree in Marketing Sales or Supply Chain
2 years experience in a related order fulfilment or customer service environment

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer orientation
Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook) Internet navigation ERP systems LTQ and OCR
Attention to detail and accuracy-driven
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict situations effectively
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Commitment to PG Bisons values vision and ethics
