With an average of 16 students per classroom and a classical time-tested curriculum Oaks Academy instructional assistants are able to know and love every student entrusted to their care. They are able to focus on facilitating holistic authentic learning in a collaborative professional community.

The Early Education Instructional Assistant partners with the classroom teacher supports the program (assists in preparation of materials plans schedules maintains files and records subs for teacher); interacts with the children works one-on-one with those needing specialized attention assisting in physical management and care of students in a collegial environment where relationships come first.
