About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Jacksonville Branch Office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and engaging environment.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Serve as the friendly face of our branch providing front desk coverage and acting as the local point of contact.
  • Facilitate effective branch and office communications.
  • Coordinate office logistics including space supplies and equipment.
  • Manage accounts payable and oversee bill payments.
  • Review and distribute mail efficiently and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot conference room technology and branch network issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for reporting and analytics.
  • Support branch events meetings and campaigns with enthusiasm.
  • Administer our CRM program to enhance client relationships.

The base salary range for this position is $48000 - $55000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
