Job Summary

Are you looking for an exciting internship in cybersecurity working with an organization that makes a difference At LCRA we improve the quality of life of the Texans we serve. LCRA Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting critical infrastructure in the electric water and telecommunications sectors. Join a team thats committed to excellence!

You will be trusted to:

- Learn and apply standard operating procedures used for cybersecurity alert triage and analysis in the CSOC (Cyber Security Operations Center).
- Learn about and protect LCRAs critical infrastructure enterprise business systems and the technology they rely on to function.
- Assist in cybersecurity vulnerability management tasks
- Learn about the business of electric generation transmission water management stewardship and community services

You qualify with:

- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in sophomore year or has completed sophomore year and will be starting junior year.
