Mazda of White Plains part of The Premier Collection has created a new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Westchester County. We are looking for a confident positive high-energy sales manager to help lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve performance goals.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g. VinSolutions) to drive engagement follow-up and retention.
- Implement equity mining strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Support and deliver ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on pricing merchandising and inventory.
- Foster a transparent ethical customer-first culture.
