Proven leadership experience in senior living healthcare hospitality or related fields.
Experience managing people budgets and operational performance.
Approachable collaborative leadership styleskilled in coaching and accountability.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with technology including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
