Job Description Summary
Within GE Vernova Grid Solutions business the Power Transmission Business Line (PT) is accountable for the design production sales and services of high and medium voltage products.
We help customers decarbonize the grid and expand world electrification.
Power Transmission is a high growth and profitable business including 17 factories and services centers in more than 40 countries. It employs 7 000 employees around the world.
Power Transmission Academy plays a vital role by addressing expertise development in priority and strategic areas with identified shortage of skilled resources and onboarding of large employee populations.
The PT Academy program manager leads the design development implementation evaluation of PT Academy technical classes in close cooperation with PT subject matter experts. He/she coordinates the training journeys on time at expected quality level and within budget. The role reports to the PT Academy Leader.

Ideally the candidate has a strong a knowledge of our products and business as well as a deep understanding of our industry operations and services. He/she has background in designing and implementing large-scale training programs with proven competencies in project and budget management. Masters degree in educational engineering and digital learning systems or technical engineering degree with passion to develop people
Extensive relevant experience
English compulsory
Project management experience
Experience in training projects
Background in HV Networks is a great enabler to interact with technical teams to understand the technical training needs and to make recommendations.
Awareness of latest functional developments in learning market and eagerness to watch learning market for innovations
Skilled influencer able to communicate complex messages to others to acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and to work to build consensus.
Some travel will be required on case by case basis.
