About the job
Based in Brussels you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for the implementation of the CISPIA portion of the CTO Business Execution Plan (BEP) managing day-to-day operations and developing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. This role focuses on optimizing processes and efficiencies within the CISPIA while aligning with the strategic goals of the department of the overall addition the Business Manager (CISPIA and Security Accreditation)works with numerous stakeholders and customers to ensure a high level of service is provided.

Were looking for a talented and knowledgeable Business Manager professional with ideally a Masters degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelors degree with 8 years post related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Proven experience managing teams resources projects and service delivery.
  • Extensive experience in relationship management and ability to work cross functionally within various teams.
  • Experience in project and budget management.
  • Experience with cyber security and security accreditation in government scenarios

  • Knowledge of English both written and spoken is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
