HIIs System Integration group is seeking anAdvanced Training Systems Acquisition Engineerto join our Fleet Sustainment group. This is a full-time role located at our office in Virginia Beach VA with a telework option available on a case-by-case basis. The role serves as a vital contributor to the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) program directly supporting the execution of the U.S. Navys modernization goals through disciplined engineering and configuration management practices.

In this role you will be responsible for the development and lifecycle management of Ship Change Documents (SCDs) aligned with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP). You will serve as the key liaison across stakeholders to ensure adherence to NMP business rules configuration management protocols and modernization milestones necessary for sustaining fleet readiness on Integrated Training Systems platforms.
