Job Summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Consultant Executive (Senior) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington DC. This position supports CIO-6 which manages and operates JWICS (the super highway that provides TS/SCI connectivity and communications across the DOD and IC). The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative through senior-level consultation on strategic decision-making technical solutions and program management across multiple project areas including creative services SharePoint architecture division management engineering solutions integration and program/project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the most senior members of the client organization to ensure that overall program and project direction strategy and expectations are met
  • Possesses an understanding of DIAs CIO mission and the impact of managerial practices
  • Perform data collection and interview senior staff
  • Facilitates discussions and analysis to inform the decision process
  • Offers expertise in the form of knowledge specialty skills experience or creativity
  • Provides guidance on almost every aspect of DIAs strategic objectives and goals as they relate to the CIO mission
  • Have a firm understanding of IC and DOD Risk Management Frameworks continuous monitoring risk scoring and risk management experience
  • Act as a high-level designer defining the framework of core design features and functions of the program objective to be implemented
  • SME in one or more of the following specialties: cloud and systems architectures security architecture cloud applications and storage high performance computing and software development

Qualifications :

  • Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive new or unique approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Masters degree OR Bachelors degree an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 13 years as a substitute to the Masters degree
