Job Summary

To help build our daycare centre we are looking for an

English-speaking educator (all genders welcome) for the nursery group

At Rosenxt we focus on creating afamily-likeenvironment and are passionately committed to promoting early childhood education.

Guided by the principle Play is the highest form of research (Albert Einstein) childcare is embedded in a situational and needs-oriented concept in which we meet children at eye level. With our semi-open approach we aim to create a family-oriented and family-friendly setting where children can move freely feel safe and cared for and find optimal conditions for their individual development.

To achieve this we are looking for passionate educators who with enthusiasm and dedication help shape our new center from the very beginning co-develop innovative concepts and contribute their personal strengths. With an above-average staff-to-child ratio we create ideal conditions for high-quality educational work. Our focus is on creating an environment in which children and their families feel completely comfortable and welcome.

What you can expect

Care education and upbringing of children
Educational work based on the Lower Saxony Orientation Plan
Active co-design of our educational concept and daily routines
Observation and documentation of childrens development processes
Main focus areas of the center: science & technology as well as bilingual learning
Opportunity to specialize in a key focus area as part of a talent-oriented approach (e.g. science technology music education)
Planning and implementation of projects particularly to promote learning in the fields of science and technology

What you bring

To become part of the Rosenxt family you convince us not only with strong social skills but also with:

A completed training as a state-certified educator special needs carer childhood educator or a comparable pedagogical qualification
Very good English skills (C1) for example through experience abroad in an English-speaking country and a good command of the German language (at least B1)
Ideally an additional qualification in early childhood (nursery) education
Enthusiasm for working with children in the nursery age group and a high level of empathy
Creativity and joy in supporting children individually
Enjoyment of working in a team and in a varied dynamic day-to-day work environment
