Job Summary
| Provide operational and administrative support to the procurement process ensuring agility compliance and quality in the acquisition of materials services and MRO with a focus on reducing lead time adherence to internal policies and continuity of supply for client areas. Responsibilities: Processing purchase requisitions: validate scope cost center approval levels and supporting documentation. Sourcing and quotations: request proposals from suppliers prepare the technical-commercial comparison and support tactical negotiations (price lead time freight Incoterms warranties). Issuing and managing purchase orders (POs): create adjust and close POs in the ERP; ensure compliance with policies and approval levels. Supplier follow-up: monitor delivery times production status and logistics; address deviations and propose action plans. Stakeholder relationship: act as a liaison between client areas suppliers Logistics Planning Tax Accounts Payable Quality Engineering and Legal to resolve pending issues and enable deliveries. Continuous improvement: suggest process improvements template standardization and automations (spreadsheets reports workflows) contributing to efficiency and quality gains. |
