Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating safe structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What Youll Bring

Certificate IV in Youth Work Child & Family or Community Services
- or willingness to enrollwe can connect you with government-funded training options!
Full Australian Drivers License First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Empathy resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
Availability across a range of shifts including weekends and overnights
