Job Summary
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to introduce our offerings and attract new clients
- Engage customers with clear compelling communication about product benefits and services
- Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to maximize interest and engagement
- Build rapport with diverse audiences ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions schedule appointments or close sales
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales telemarketing or customer service is highly desirable
- Supervising experience is a plus demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
- Bilingual abilities are beneficial for connecting with a broader range of customers
- Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing or fundraising campaigns enhances effectiveness
- Strong communication skills including active listening and persuasive speaking
- Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Experience in marketing or promoting products/services in a face-to-face setting is advantageous
