CANVASSER

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated outgoing Canvassers to join our Elite sales team. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working outdoors engaging with homeowners and generating qualified leads for our Sales Representatives and Closers. Many of our previous canvassers have grown into closing roles making this an excellent entry point into a high-growth sales career.

    • Serving Columbus OH and Northeast OH
  • Openings: 5 per location (10 total)
  • Reports To: Canvassing Manager & Canvassing Director
  • Schedule:
    • Weather-based schedule
    • Up to 32 hours per week
    • Monday through Friday
    • 1:00 PM 7:00 PM (Second Shift)

OBJECTIVES

  • Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories
  • Deliver a professional positive customer experience at every door interaction
  • Build trust with homeowners by clearly communicating services and next steps
  • Support Closers by setting high-quality inspection appointments
  • Knock a minimum of 40 doors per shift
  • Enter all activity into Sales Rabbit and submit qualified leads into AccuLynx in real time
  • Accurately document homeowner feedback and maintain territory integrity
  • Average 810 qualified leads per week (higher during storm season)
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity in the field
  • Demonstrate consistency and growth potential within 6 months

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must be 18
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work M-F from 1pm to 7pm
  • Available up to 32 hours per week (weather-based schedule)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $15 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Monthly bonuses per qualified lead:
    • $50 per lead (first 9)
    • $75 per lead (1019)
    • $100 per lead (20)
  • Gas card if driving personal vehicle
  • Digital training in-office training and shadowing
  • Clear path to promotion into Sales Rep/Closer roles - Typical
