Role description:

Arcadis seeks aSenior Schedulerto join our team in Los Angeles. This role plays a critical part in supporting Arcadis construction management teams by applying your scheduling expertise to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost loaded and integratedproject masterschedule control level schedule and detailed schedules.
  • Identify keyactivities milestonesconstraints andinterfacesfor coordination purposes.
  • Establish and monitorthe schedule critical pathand assessschedule variances.
  • Supportprojectandprogram meetings andreview contractorschedule deliverables in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Perform scheduleimpact analysisof potential delay items andprovide recommendations for delay mitigation.
  • Develop schedule contingency analysis. Perform contingencydrawdownanalysis as part of forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Evaluate scheduletrends and developmitigation measuresto deliverprojects on-time.
  • Maintain all data within the Project Management Information System (PMIS).

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 yearsscheduling experience in large civil projects.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or business.
  • AACE International certification is desirable.
  • Experience using Primavera P6.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $128000 - $187000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
