Location: Box Elder SD

Full-Time 40 hours/week Non-Exempt

What Youll Do

  • Identify and develop new business banking opportunities through community involvement networking and delivering outstanding service.

  • Collect evaluate and analyze commercial loan requests to determine eligibility and appropriate loan structure.

  • Negotiate loan terms including fees repayment options and credit requirements.

  • Manage and monitor an existing loan portfolio to ensure quality compliance and accuracy.

  • Maintain current financial documentation including tax returns statements and loan records.

  • Participate in collection procedures as needed ensuring timely repayment and developing revised terms when necessary.

  • Prepare and present commercial credit memorandums to the Loan Committee CLO or CEO.

  • Recommend product improvements or enhancements based on member needs.

  • Partner closely with Credit Analysts Loan Processors and other lending staff.

  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the success of the department.

Who You Are

  • You have a strong eye for detail and enjoy organizing information accurately.

  • You build positive relationships with coworkers members and community partners.

  • You communicate professionallyboth in writing and in person.

  • Youre comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.

  • You have five or more years of relevant experience (preferred) in lending commercial services or financial institutions.

  • Youre 18 or older with a High School Diploma or GED (college education preferred).

  • You bring strong financial comprehension and the ability to analyze data.

  • Youre eager to learn grow and positively contribute to Sentinels culture of trust and service.

  • You have a valid drivers license and enjoy representing Sentinel in the community.
