Lead Software Engineer React, C#

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong front end skills in React/Typescript and C# to join our Engineering team in the Customer Experience domain of our Consumer Services function.

As a Lead Software Engineer you will improve the technical vision architecture and implementation of new product features building high-quality user experiences.

Reporting into the Senior Engineering Manager you will lead by example in engineering excellence collaborate with stakeholders and ensure solutions meet the needs of a diverse and growing digital ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in promoting a culture of engineering excellence across our web and mobile platforms.

• Design and implement software solutions aligned with architectural standards
• Lead code development for complex features and critical components
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Ensure code quality through reviews testing and adherence to best practices
• Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Stay updated with new technologies and recommend adoption

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Experience in React Typescript/Javascript and C#.
• Any experience in Dart/Flutter is desirable
• Software architecture and design principles (e.g. SOLID design patterns)
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor developers
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Playwright) and performance monitoring
