As a Reception Supervisor youll support the Front of House Manager in leading the front office team ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional welcome and a seamless experience throughout their stay.

What Youll Do
Youll be responsible for:

• Supervising the day-to-day front desk operations ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Providing hands-on support during busy periods while leading by example.
• Coaching and mentoring the reception team to deliver consistent high-quality service.
• Handling escalated guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Managing shift handovers guest billing and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintaining a well-presented efficient and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Upholding compliance with hotel policies and health & safety standards.

What Were Looking For
Were looking for an approachable guest-focused leader with a flair for organisation and an eye for detail.

Youll have:

• Proven experience in a front office or guest service role ideally within hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• A natural ability to remain calm under pressure while solving problems with confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel booking and PMS systems (training provided if required).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
