Develop and manage business from travel agents wholesalers and corporate agents
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agent partners
Achieve sales targets through room nights revenue and market penetration
Conduct sales calls site inspections and client presentations
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
Coordinate with Revenue Reservations and Operations to ensure smooth booking fulfillment
Prepare sales reports forecasts and agent performance analysis
Represent the hotel at sales events exhibitions and networking activities
Qualifications :
Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel sales preferably handling travel agents
Strong knowledge of hotel products rates and distribution channels
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Target-driven proactive and results-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of spoken and written English
Familiar with hotel systems (PMS CRS RFP platforms) is an advantage
Professional appearance and positive attitude
