Job Summary

We are actively seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our growing team.

Were looking for a driven professional with a passion for service excellence and proven experience managing direct claims within the building and construction industry. In this role youll be responsible for the front-end claims process ensuring end-to-end visibility of claim progression performance against KPIs andmost importantlyexceptional communication throughout the entire claim lifecycle.

What youll be doing:

Manage and drive front-end building insurance claims from lodgement through to handover
Work collaboratively with internal teams insurers builders and external stakeholders
Deliver consistent service excellence to clients and partners
Build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting agreed KPIs and service levels
Ensure clear proactive communication across the full claim lifecycle

Demonstrated experience in direct claims management within the building / insurance industry
