Job Summary

- Provide guidance and direction necessary to effectively accomplish mission requirements prioritizing organizational goals into meaningful and achievable objectives plans priorities and assignments.
- Directly and substantially contribute to the planning and implementation of initiatives that contribute to achieving mission objectives.
- Interprets policy procedures and regulatory requirements and provides recommendations for improvements to meet assigned mission objectives.
- Proposes new procedures and methods or modifies existing procedures and methods to resolve current problems and enhance the validity accuracy and integrity of assigned mission.
- Participates in decision making sessions and advises customers on regulatory requirements financial policies data interpretation and any applicable laws.
Conditions of employment

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

- PER AR 380-67 NON-US CITIZENS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED ANACI (SECRET) INVESTIGATION THEREFORE WILL BE UNABLE TO QUALIFY UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 (Secret) Investigation.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Ability to organize and communicate professionally through written correspondence and oral communication.
- Knowledge of nonappropriated fund practices regulations and guidance materials.
- At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience. Required experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade level.
- Skill in identifying problems and weakness in order to provide management with accurate information sound recommendations and workable solutions.
